I have been sending them emails regarding the issues I had since 12/15. All I have gotten back are automated form emails. Frusterated beyond belief today I track down the customer service number and call them. I explain the situation, give them all the info to see if I can make some headway. The lady helping me places me on hold for over 15 minutes then comes back and says there is nothing they can do. They refused to give me the credit I was supposed to get but never did. and they refused to replace the bogus 40% off coupons. She told me I waited too long to contact them, that it "has been almost a month since the party took place" I gave her the incident #'s I had been given for my emails and that I had sent my first email on 12/15, just 2 days after the coupon expired. It's not my fault that they don't read the emails they recieve.
I am astounded as to how I was treated through this whole fiasco. I have been a loyal Kodak customer. Ever since my first son was born 10 years ago I have been using them for my photo developing. I have owned 3 of their cameras, 1 of their printers. They sent me an email in November saying that I was selected to host a house party for them and then provided me with a link to this site to sign up. I had never heard of the hosueparty.com site until I got the email from them.
I really hope that houseparty.com strongly re-considers allowing Kodak to have parties through their site. They did not follow through with what they promised me and completely humiliated me infront of my friends.

Wow, this is awful. I didn't do this party, or sign up. I signed up for a shutterfly party, and did not get it, but you know what about a month after they had their party, shutterfly sent me a coupon code for a free book, and it worked. They did a very nice job.
