I'm a little confused and hoping you ladies can help me. The description of our party pack stated that we will get a sneak peek at the movie. Are we going to be able to see the movie before it hits theaters? Either way, it's going to be great but I don't want my guests to think they are getting something they aren't! Thanks!

Definitely making my Nicholas Sparks Party about woman getting together with food, wine and a GREAT BOOK. I cant wait! All of my guests know that I have a very different type of relationship with my Nicholas Sparks books and this party will be a celebration of my love for them. My menu will consist of comfort food from North Carolina. Maybe we can a video pleading for Nicholas himself to visit Albuquerque NM! Just saying : )

I am very excited and overjoyed about being a host for for this party. I am still a little unsure on what kind of food to fix for the party. Plus also what kind of games or exciting events should I host that night. Any idea's would be nice and appreciated. This is my first potluck party as a host. I am very open to any ideas any one has for this party I am hosting. thanks...jenn

I am hosting so I am doing the wine. I am going to get in touch with all my guests to see what their thoughts are on what they are bringing. With potluck you don't want everyone bringing dessert or all side dishes (though mac n cheese overload doesn't really sound like a bad thing). I'm going to make mine into a movie marathon since the book is a movie tie-in edition. then later I am hoping we can do book club type activities that we will still be able to post about like a week later.

I'm so excited to host! This will be my first party :) I applied to host because I LOVE Nicholas Sparks! I forgot what all is included in the party pack - I just saw "Nicholas Sparks" and applied right away. Oops! That combined with "mommy brain". Congrats to all the others chosen to host as well!

Super excited for this party! I'm reading the lucky one now and it's amazing! It's also my first party, I hope I figure out how all this works so I'm able to continue with more amazing house parties!!

Thank you Crystal for posting that you are currently reading it. I was not sure that it was available to read. I will let my guests know so that we can read it and do a makeshift book club meeting. I was going to do it later once they all got their books and hope that houseparty would let me post about the discussions at a later date.
