Coupon Issues for hosts and guests

I tried to redeem my coupon before the Official Party Date of 11/5, and it won’t work. What do I do?

Not to worry, this coupon is certainly valid. It is only valid starting on the Twister Mania House Party Official Party Date of 11/5/2011. It will be valid from 11/5 through 11/19. Be sure to come back and redeem your coupon after the party on 11/5. Please also be sure to spread the word to any guests.

Why doesn’t walmart.com/twistermania work?

This is because it is a case-sensitive URL. Since this is a special offer unique to House Party hosts and guests, you need to type in Walmart.com/TwisterMania, not walmart.com/twistermania. That should do the trick! Please be sure to let your guests know.

Party pack

Will the party pack come with the XBox console or Kinect?

No. Should you be selected, the party pack will not include the XBox console or Kinect. It WILL, however, include the Twister Mania game and other awesome Twister Mania items to help you throw an amazing House Party for you and your guests! More party pack information will be available to hosts after host selection.

What will be in my Party Pack?

Your exclusive Party Pack will contain:

1 Twister™ Mania game on the Kinect for Xbox 360
13 Coupons for you and your guests to save on the Twister™ Mania game
14 Silly straws
16 Twister™ Mania coasters
1 Bag of twistable balloons

When can I expect my Party Pack?

You should receive your Party Pack by end of the day Wednesday, November 2, 2011. It will be shipped via FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number by email from FedEx once it ships. Check your junk mail or spam folder for this tracking email. Please note that it’s shipping a little later than usual because you’re getting the first Twister™ Mania games produced.

What do I do if I don’t receive my Party Pack?

This doesn’t happen often, but if you don’t receive your Party Pack by end of the day Tuesday, November 1, 2011 please email help@houseparty.com. Please note that we cannot send any replacement Party Packs or Party Pack items after November 5, 2011.
